• $75 for regular membership.
• $50 for new attorneys for first 5 years of licensure (regular membership becomes applicable in the year where January 1 is five years or more after date of licensure).
• $50 for attorneys 70 years of age and older (discounted rate becomes applicable the year attorney turns 70).
• $50 for associate members (such as paralegals and law students – to the extent this category of membership is approved by the membership).
• Free for judges in Kendall County and contiguous counties (including court of appeals justices), and District and County clerks.
• $50 for attorneys working for the city, state, federal government or other governmental agencies or political subdivisions (who live or work in Kendall County).
• Free for law students and graduates prior to licensure
• $250.00 for Vendors and Service Providers

Association dues will be due on January 1 of each year; notices for renewal will be sent out by email on November 1 and December 1 and 15 of each year; Suspension of membership for non-payment will become effective on January 1.
